July 16th training run

We spent the day out of town today doing some mid summer day trip sight seeing.

We checked out an abandoned turn of century rock quarry.

To keep up with this summers theme we toured another cave.

So after our adventures today we still made it out for our short run.  K, G, and I did week 4 day 1 of the couch to 5k trainer.  We made it 2.45 miles in 31:41.  G is super stoked that he made the whole run.
