Today was my first run with my new Garmin Forerunner 630. It was awesome having the GPS on my wrist to look at on a glance. I can’t wait to use it on my long run tomorrow.
Ok so today K, G, and I ran week 3 day 3 of the couch to 5k trainer. We went 1.9 miles in 28:21. We didn’t make it as far as we had before but we still made the time and that’s what matters at this point.
G is still suffering from depression and it has gotten worse in the last week. I hope that getting him back into running will help his mood.
