July 10th training run

Happy Monday everyone!!

I got both of my boys out for a run today.  Because G hasn’t been running with us for a while we restarted the couch to 5k program with week 3 day 1.  We went 2.05 miles in 28:14 so we are off to a good start.

After dinner we went for a walk as a family.

We had to stop and literally smell the flowers while we were out.

It is nice to have all 3 kids behaving at once.  It is so rare to have lol.

Tomorrow G is going to ride his bike while K and I do week 13 day 2 of the 10k trainer.  I am not sure if I am ready to run 25 minutes, walk 1 minute 2 times.
