June 29th training run

Week 12 day 2 of the couch to 10K program is complete!  I can run 18 minutes and walk 1 minute 3 times.  Ok K and I both can lol.

We ran in the sun today for 1:07:24 and made it 6.51 miles.  We should be hitting our 10K in just a couple of weeks and boy are we excited.

Just looking at our faces today you can see how much better our run went from yesterday.  

Tomorrow morning we leave for vacation so we are nervous and excited to run somewhere new for a few days.
