June 7th training run

Today was World Running Day and in celebration G and I went for a run.  When we set out it was hot.

When we set out we were thinking run 0.25 miles and walk 0.25 miles for the 5k.  After the first 0.25 miles we were feeling good so we kept going and it ended up just straight running the 5k.  We ran our 5K in 30:58 so we are happy with our time as well.
