June 4th training run

Today was another early run day.  When we headed out it was 68°F already.  We did week 9 day 1 of the couch to 10K training.  We went 4.87 miles in 54:20.  We even added hill’s to our run so it was super challenging.

Tomorrow we plan to just go for a 5k and not do the training program.

I also picked up my race packet for my race next weekend.

I live the color of the race shirt and I am super excited to earn the right to wear it.
