June 1st training run

Wow I can’t believe it is June already where has the year gone?  I know it has gone to work and running but what about the rest of it?

G and I did week 8 day 2 of the couch to 10K program today.  It was the same as yesterday but this time we did 3.51 miles in the 38:13 which is 0.04 miles farther in the same amount of time.  Tomorrow is running for the full 30 minutes we think that we can do it.

Ok we know we can do it we just need to keep carrying water with us when we go.
