May 14th training run

Today both boys came with to do week 4 day 3 of our couch to 10K program.  

We did 2.59 miles in 31:53.  We actually did our run to the gas station to buy the Sunday newspaper and walked the same route home after so add that distance as a walk as well.

I enjoy sharing that time with both of my boys and hope that everyone has a similar relationship with their kids.

For mothers day they know me so well that all 3 kids bought me new running cloths as gifts lol so keep an eye out for new gear in my pics.

I know my weight was way up today because they took me out of town for Mothers day and I had to wait until we got home after dinner to weigh in.
