May 11th training run

Week 3 of the couch to 10K training.  It told us that we were 1/4 of the way done but that doesn’t seem right.  Tomorrow we start week 4.

Our run was 2.33 miles in 28:24 so we beat yesterdays distance.  Our average mile was 12:10 so that was better as well.  

I am getting anxious to get back to our longer 5 mile runs.  I know that it takes time but I am so ready.
