May 9th training run

G and I started week 3 of our couch to 10K training.  That 3 minute run felt great!  

G and I ran 2.24 miles in 28:24.  Even with all the walking we still averaged 12:40 a mile which I think is an ok time.  

We were at 4 miles a day before G spent a week in the hospital so we started over with day 1.  We seem to be running faster than we were before so no complaints from me.

G wanted our post run selfie taken in front of the flowering tree at the park.  I am not sure what he likes best about our runs but the selfie is always near the top lol.
