May 7th training run

G and I did week 2 day 2 of our couch to 10K program today.  It ended up being 2.41 miles in 31:24.  We hope to get day 3 done tomorrow.

After our run we walked and talked for another 2 miles so we could get our step goals for the day.

Later in the day we walked the 3 miles round trip with Z and D to the grocery store so we could make tacos for dinner.

We did lots of walking and running today which is always good for us.

I am still reading Hanson’s Marathon Method and I am marking lots of pages for reference when we get to marathon training.
