May 5th training run

Today after work G, Z, D, and I went for a hike at a park near our house.  We had a picnic dinner as well but that’s another story lol.  The trail makes a neat design on a map.

G and I were discussing going back to run there because 3 laps should be about a 5k and the hill’s will be great for training.

G and I did make our run after we got home as well.  We finished up week 1 of the Couch to 5K program and are eager to start week 2 tomorrow.

We also hope to make it to our local science museum tomorrow so it should be an awesome day.
