April 29th training run

Today Z and I went for a run to Nana’s house. Ok not straight to Nanas because that’s only 2 miles so we took the long way to Nana’s to make it a nice 6.25 mile trip.

We did our normal interval run of run 1.25 miles then walk 0.25 miles and run 1 mile for the rest of the run.  Z fell asleep around mile 3 and didn’t wake up until we were at Mama’s house.

Calories: too many we went to the casino brunch buffet.

Weight: 121.7 (+1.1)

Run streak: 9 days
